Danny Held

Founder

Danny started his professional real estate career at Sands Investment Group where he represented private investors, REIT’s, and Institutions in the disposition and acquisition of assets. Successfully completing nearly $1B of transactional volume he realized his greatest strength was having the ability to build relationships and create solutions for clients in the need of asset allocation. This lead him to take his specific skill set to create MHP Capital Partners where he and his team work diligently to create win-win situations.


Matt Stevens

Sales Associate

Matt Stevens brings a unique blend of integrity, diligence, and strategic insight to MHP Capital Partners. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business and Political Science, Matt combines analytical rigor with a deep appreciation for relationship-driven work.

Raised in Southern California, Matt grew up alongside Danny Held and shares a lifelong passion for building strong communities. Coming from a family rooted in public service, he is committed to bringing the same values of honesty, transparency, and hard work into the mobile home park investment space.

At MHP Capital Partners, Matt focuses on connecting sellers with high-quality operators and investors, always working with discretion and purpose. Whether guiding first-time sellers or structuring institutional transactions, Matt is known for his thoughtful approach and unwavering commitment to client success.


Nic Glascock

Sales Associate

Nic is a Sacramento native who discovered his passion for real estate while earning his bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Development at UC San Diego. With a background in accounting and a sharp attention to detail, Nic brings a disciplined and numbers-driven approach to every transaction. Before joining MHP Capital Partners, he worked as a staff accountant at a CPA firm and coached CrossFit classes, combining analytical skill with strong interpersonal communication.

A former college baseball player, Nic thrives in competitive environments and brings the same drive and work ethic to his brokerage work. He stays active through his passion for CrossFit and is committed to continuous growth—both personally and professionally.
